We are regulated by The General Pharmaceutical Council and contracted by the NHS. We exist to provide an outstanding service to patients in provision of their NHS repeat prescriptions and care. We respect and treat all patients with the dignity they deserve providing care and attention necessary to improve the service they receive.

We champion the patients individual circumstances to receive their medication on time and in a manner that takes care to recognise any impediment by delivering direct to their home. We will liaise with each patient’s GP surgery to manage their repeat prescription helping to maintain accurate medical records of medication usage. We will address and reduce wastage in medication provision by management of the patient’s actual needs, reporting to the GP surgery to re-issue amended medication prescriptions as necessary.
