The effect of the spray starts after several minutes and last for 6-8 hours

For use in your nose only

Children under 12 years: Do not use

Dosage Adults and children over 12 years: 1-2 Vicks Sinex Decongestant Nasal Sprays per nostril every 6-8 hours unless advised otherwise by your doctor

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Contact your doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve after 7 days. Do not use for more that 7 days in a row: If used over a longer period Vicks Sinex Decongestant Nasal Spray may cause a blocked nose.
